Elms have been great to deal with from start to finish: communicative, polite, and no pushiness or funny business at all. They were very honest in pictures and person about the condition of the vehicle and went out of their way to make the buying experience simple and easy. I didn't feel any pressure to make a quick decision and they let the great condition of the car speak for itself. I think the price they gave me for P/X was very fair and they continue to be communicative and helpful after the purchase as well with whatever I've needed so far.
